Policies

Booking procedure:

Step 1: Upon enquiry, we will share an approximate cost for the trip based on the changes (if any) made to the mentioned itinerary.

Step 2: Once the approximate costing and the route is approved we ask for a nominal adjustable deposit of Rs.1000/- per head before we can give you the exact cost (which is plus or minus 5% of the approximate cost).

Step 3: An advance payment of 50% of the total amount (incl taxes) is needed to confirm the homestays. It needs to be paid at the time of booking.

Step 4: Balance payment is expected 2 weeks prior to the date of departure.

Step 5: A final detailed itinerary would be shared after the balance payment, which will include all the experience, included and recommended.

Cancellation policy:

Cancellations made more than 30 days before the trip: Full refund is applicable.
Cancellations made within 15-30 days before the trip: 50% of the total amount will be charged. The advance will be forfeited.
Cancellations made up to 14 days before the trip: No refund is applicable. The full amount will be forfeited.
Full payment is to be made at least 14 days before the trip.

Efkays - Masinagudi (The Jungle hut)

As we move ahead to our next destination, and into the Nilgiris we will pass by Bandipur National Park and Madhumalai National Park which will take you to our stay of the night in Masinagudi. Overnight stay at The Jungle Hut Resort *.

The Jungle hut - Red Hills Resort (Ooty)

Today we will ascend the forty-hairpin bends to get to an altitude of 6,000 ft, which will lead you to our stay at Red Hill resort, a beautiful property overlooking the Emerald Lake and surrounded by tea plantations.

Red Hills Resort - Local Sights

Take a stroll amidst the tea plantations with our owner, to learn about the history of high-grown organic tea. Later enjoy the overlooking view of the valley. Overnight stay in Red Hills resort.

Red Hills Resort - Siruvani (Dvara Siruvani)

Today we will descend back to the plains of Coimbatore. Our stay is at the Dvara Siruvani, a beautiful property with temple-like architecture, located at a 15-minute drive from Adi Yogi . Overnight stay at Dvara Siruvani *.
