Along the Kanchenjunga
This itinerary explores the mountains of both Sikkim and North Bengal, through its countryside keeping in view the amazing range of the Kanchenjunga. Experience traditional Lepcha hospitality of your hosts and destinations curated for you to stay away from the maddening crowds of Gangtok and Darjeeling.
Booking Procedure:
Step 1: Upon enquiry, we will share an approximate cost for the trip based on the changes (if any) made to the mentioned itinerary.
Step 2: Once the approximate costing and the route is approved we ask for a nominal adjustable deposit of Rs.1000/- per head before we can give you the exact cost (which is plus or minus 5% of the approximate cost).
Step 3: An advance payment of 50% of the total amount (incl taxes) is needed to confirm the homestays. It needs to be paid at the time of booking.
Step 4: Balance payment is expected 2 weeks prior to the date of departure.
Step 5: A final detailed itinerary will be shared after the balance payment, which will include all the experience, included and recommended.
Cancellation policy :
Upon your arrival in Bagdogra, our driver will pick you up, and you'll begin your journey to Kalimpong. Since the hilly roads can be challenging, we will break the journey in Kalimpong before heading to Pelling. In the evening, soak in the breathtaking views from the property, and spend the evening at leisure. Overnight stay at Kalimpong.
After a leisurely breakfast drive towards West Sikkim, to the scenic town of Pelling. Your stay here is overlooking the Kanchenjunga range.In the evening, relax with a drink at the cozy in house restaurant and unwind. Overnight stay at Nettle & Fern.
Today you'll explore the undiscovered trails of Pelling and taste the lip-smacking Sikkimese cuisine. Later, head to Chenrezig Statue and explore the India's first glass skywalk. Dinner & overnightstay at Nettle and Fern
From one mountain ridge to another, our journey today will take us back to the hills of Bengal, and to Takdah, called the land of fog in the local Lepcha language. Kaleege House would be your last homestay on this trip so make the most of the Hospitality extended by your caring hosts.
There are multiple activities you can enjoy in and around the property. An early morning forest trail is best to enjoy the views of the surrounding. Dinner and overnight in Kaleege house.
After a leisurely breakfast take a leisurely drive to Kurseong. We recommend a stay in Kurseong to be in a better position to board your flight the next day from Bagdogra.
Have an early breakfast, and proceed towards Bagdogra airport. Board your flight and return back with wonderful memories.
