Policies

Booking procedure:

Step 1: Upon enquiry, we will share an approximate cost for the trip based on the changes (if any) made to the mentioned itinerary.

Step 2: Once the approximate costing and the route is approved we ask for a nominal adjustable deposit of Rs.1000/- per head before we can give you the exact cost (which is plus or minus 5% of the approximate cost).

Step 3: An advance payment of 50% of the total amount (incl taxes) is needed to confirm the homestays. It needs to be paid at the time of booking.

Step 4: Balance payment is expected 2 weeks prior to the date of departure.

Step 5: A final detailed itinerary would be shared after the balance payment, which will include all the experience, included and recommended.

Cancellation policy:

Cancellations made more than 30 days before the trip: Full refund is applicable.
Cancellations made within 15-30 days before the trip: 50% of the total amount will be charged. The advance will be forfeited.
Cancellations made up to 14 days before the trip: No refund is applicable. The full amount will be forfeited.
Full payment is to be made at least 14 days before the trip.

Mangalore Airport - Kasaragod -Thalathoor Heritage

Arrive at Mangalore Airport and drive across the Karnataka border to the Thalathoor Homestay. The stay offers a unique experience of an authentic Kerala home surrounded by a verdant landscape. The evening is for free for relaxing.

Thalathoor Heritage- Local sights

Start your day with a traditional breakfast, later you can visit nearby places and after lunch spend some leisure time by the natural pool on the premises. A dip here is an experience on its own.

Thalathoor Heritage - Neeleshwar -Kailani Resort

After breakfast, proceed to a serene seaside location in Neeleshwar to have a peaceful retreat at Kailani Resort. In the evening you can visit Azhithala Beach. This place offers a stunning sunset view in the evenings.

Kailani Resort - Kannur - Haris Beach Resort

Drive to Kannur and stay at Haris Beach Resort a traditional house that is an ideal place to enjoy the greenery, beach, and sunset with authentic Malabar cuisine served at our open-air dining.

Haris Sea Resort- Local sights

Take your time to enjoy breakfast, the day is free to take in the surroundings of Kannur. End your day by watching the sunset on the beach.

Haris Sea Resort - Calicut- Raviz Kadavu

After breakfast drive back to the coast in the morning, heading to the city of Calicut. We advise you to stay at Raviz Kadavu and further, you can take a down stroll around the city.

Raviz Kadavu - Back Home

Today after breakfast proceed to the airport and fly back to your hometown with beautiful memories.
