Booking procedure:
Step 1: Upon enquiry, we will share an approximate cost for the trip based on the changes (if any) made to the mentioned itinerary.
Step 2: Once the approximate costing and the route is approved we ask for a nominal adjustable deposit of Rs.1000/- per head before we can give you the exact cost (which is plus or minus 5% of the approximate cost).
Step 3: An advance payment of 50% of the total amount (incl taxes) is needed to confirm the homestays. It needs to be paid at the time of booking.
Step 4: Balance payment is expected 2 weeks prior to the date of departure.
Step 5: A final detailed itinerary would be shared after the balance payment, which will include all the experience, included and recommended.
Cancellation policy:
1. In case of a cancellation due to any unforeseen circumstance upto 14days prior to travel date a credit note will be issued to the guest for the amount paid till date.
2.Where the cancellation is within 14days charges @25% of the amount paid will be levied.
3.The credit note will be valid for use within one year from the period of booking. Guest can redeem the credit note against the amount of any future booking within a year and pay the balance if any as per the rates applicable on that date.
4.This credit note is also transferable and can be used by the guest/transferee only once within the stipulated date.
On arrival in Goa. Head towards north-Goa, to our beautiful stay at Caju grove run by sisters Sneha & Anuja. The property is nestled within the walls of an old Portuguese house. Before sunset, let Panjim's charm unfold, with guided walks through the Latin Quarters of Fountainhas, hearing stories of the yesteryear. Dinner and overnight stay at Caju grove.
Begin your day on the pristine, narrow roads lined with Coconut & palm trees on either side making it perfect for a scenic drive and a quick photo stop. Later, embark on an island exploration journey, take a ferry to cross over to Chorao island and discover the ancient ruins with it's interesting history. Return on a sunset ferry, and conclude your day with a scrumptious dinner back at the property. Overnight stay at Caju grove.
Today we'll head to our next property, Dudhsagar Plantations. On arrival, be welcomed by Malkarnekars, the gracious owners of the property along with their 3 dogs, and a posse of hens and roosters. Next, head on an hour long spice tour. On the walk see, smell and taste the plants you have vaguely heard of and get a better understanding of the plantation. Dinner and overnight stay at Dudhsagar Plantations.
