Policies

Booking Process:
Step 1 – Upon receiving your inquiry, we will provide an estimated cost for the trip based on any
modifications to the proposed itinerary.
Step 2 – Once you approve the estimated cost and route, we require a nominal adjustable deposit of
Rs. 1000 per person before providing the exact cost (which will be within 5% of the estimate).
Step 3 – To confirm the homestays, an advance payment of 50% of the total amount (including
taxes) is required when booking.
Step 4 – The remaining balance must be paid 2 weeks before departure.
Step 5 – After receiving the final payment, we will share a detailed itinerary, including all
experiences, both included and recommended.

Cancellation Policy:

  1. Cancellations made more than 30 days before the trip: Full refund is applicable.
  2. Cancellations made within 15-30 days before the trip: 50% of the total amount will be charged. The advance will be forfeited.
  3. Cancellations made up to 14 days before the trip: No refund is applicable. The full amount will be forfeited.
  4. Full payment is to be made at least 14 days before the trip.

Arrival in Paro – Thimphu (The Willow) 2334m

Upon arriving at Paro Airport, the flattest land in Bhutan drive to the capital city of Thimphu. On the way, make a stop at Tachogang Lhakhang Bridge. Check-in at The Willow – your stay for the night.

Thimphu – Dochula Pass (3150m) – Dhumrah Farmstay (Punakha)

After a lovely breakfast, head towards Punakha, passing through Dochula Pass (3150 m), known for its 108 memorial stupas to reach your stay Dhumrah, relax and unwind enjoying the quiet evening.

Dhumrah – Local Sights

Start the day with clear skies and cloud-clad hills. Visit Punakha Dzong at the confluence of the Phochu and Mochu rivers. Next, see the Punakha Suspension Bridge, the second-longest in Bhutan. Hike to Chimi Lhakhang, the temple of fertility. Enjoy an archery display in the evening. Dinner and overnight stay.

Dhumrah – Pelela Pass (3423m) – Dekyil (Bumthang)

Drive to Bumthang Valley, known as the Switzerland of Bhutan, passing through alpine mountain passes and valleys with several stops for photography. Check into our lovely homestay – Dekyil and spend the evening enjoying the valley views.

Dekyil – Local Sights

Visit Tang Valley, one of Bhutan best-kept secrets. Head to Ogyen Choling, a 120-year-old heritage property, for lunch. After lunch, visit the 400-year-old Ogyen Choling Museum. Stop at Mebartsho (Burning Lake) and Red Panda Cafe to buy local products like jams, honey, cheese, and handicrafts. Return to your homestay to relax and unwind.

Dekyil – Phobjikha Valley (Dewachen) 3000m

Depart early in the morning for Phobjikha Valley. Along the way, you'll encounter monks walking down the valley. Reach your stay and rest up before lunch. After lunch, hike the village road to the bottom of the valley.

Phobjikha Valley – Thimpu (The Willow) 2334m

After breakfast check out and drive to Thimphu, stopping en route to visit the historic Gangtey Dzong, which dates back to the early 17th century. Check in at The Willow and unwind. In the evening, visit the Dordenma Buddha statue, the world & largest sitting Buddha, which offers stunning views of Thimphu.

The Willow – Chelela Pass (3988m) – Soednam Zingkha (Ha Valley)

Check out and drive to the beautiful Ha Valley, stopping at Chelela Pass (3988m), the highest motorable road pass connecting the Paro and Ha districts. Check in to our homestay – Soednam and then explore the valley.

Soednam Zingkha – Paro (Metta Resort) 2200m

After breakfast check out, and visit the only Indian Army Cantonment in Bhutan, serving as a base for the Doklam post. In the afternoon, drive to Paro, arriving in time for lunch at our stay – Metta Resort. In the evening, explore the local handicraft shops and small restaurants.

Paro – Local Sights

Visit the world-famous Taktsang Monastery (Tiger Nest Temple), Bhutan & most iconic landmark. Hike to the monastery with colorful prayer flags guiding the way. Those unable to make the hike can explore the base camp and visit the Ta Dzong National Museum. End the day with a relaxing hot stone therapy.

Paro - Delhi

After a delicious breakfast, depart for Delhi, arriving just in time for lunch. In the evening, return to the airport for your flight home, carrying wonderful memories of the trip with you.
