Cathy often traveled to India from Canada for work. In the late nineties, she decided to stay and continue her career as an interior design curator. Her work had always been influenced by India, where she felt at home.
Jodhpur, Rajasthan, held a special place in her heart. In 2002, she bought the Sukh Sagar Haveli estate. For nearly two decades, she hosted friends and clients. Over time, they encouraged her to open her home to travelers. Two years ago, Cathy turned Sukh Sagar Haveli into a homestay.
Every detail, from the interiors to the menu, reflects her years of hosting experience & creativity. The haveli is conveniently located just 10 km from the busy city center, yet offers open green spaces and a peaceful stay.

The Haveli Suite is the largest room on the property, offering views of lush lawns and vegetable gardens. It features a queen bed, a separate living room, minibar, writing desk, and a choice of indoor or outdoor showers. A sofa bed, AC, heating, safe, and laundry service are also available.

Price Description: The price is for double occupancy and includes all taxes and accommodation with the meals mentioned below.

Third Person/Child: Single occupancy is same as double occupancy, Below 10 years - Complementary, Extra bed will be chargeable at 2950/-
Raahghar Payment Terms: Reservation is confirmed with an advance payment of 50% of the total amount at the time of booking. The balance payment is to be made 7 days prior to check-in.
Cancellation Policy (Indian Passport Holders Only):
In case of a cancellation due to any unforeseen circumstance a credit note will be issued by the property to the guest for the amount paid till date.
The credit note will be valid for use within one year from the period of booking. The guest can redeem the credit note against the amount of any future booking within a year and pay the balance if any as per the rates applicable on that date. This credit note is also transferable and can be used by the guest/transferee only once within the stipulated date.

Sukh Sagar Haveli is in a residential neighborhood. Follow Google Maps to the outer gate. Call ahead and share your arrival time. The team will be ready to welcome you with Jodhpuri warmth and a Western touch.
Most of the food comes from the estate’s own garden. The vegetables taste different from what you find in metro cities.
The swimming pool is built with local stone. A dip in the early evening, even in winter, feels refreshing.
The property follows a no-plastic policy. Drinking water is treated on-site and served in glass bottles or thermoses.
