One of the first homes to welcome visitors in the then not-so-popular Madikeri, the Silver Brook Estate is a lovely Six-room home run by Yogesh and his wife Revathi. The house has individual rooms well placed in their own space to give privacy to its visitors. The food mixes local Coorg-style and a dash of Bihari elements cooked perfectly by Yogesh’s boys. Due to the elevation of the area where the stay is, it is a few degrees less than the local temperature in the town of Madikeri. Revathi an acclaimed performer and an advisor at the Taj Hotels makes sure that things at home are kept spic and span. Yogesh happily indulges in travel conversations with the guests over dinner. A two to three-night stay is ideal to explore the surroundings and enjoy the famous Silver Brook hospitality.
The Silver Brook Estate has four rooms in the main home where your hosts stay and has a dining area too. The other two rooms are in one cottage newly constructed post the main building.

Price Description: The price is for double occupancy and includes all taxes and accommodation with the meals mentioned below.

Third Person/Child: Rs.2500 (3rd person) & Rs.1800 (Child 7-12 yrs)
Raahghar Payment Terms: Reservation is confirmed with an advance payment of 50% of the total amount at the time of booking. The balance payment is to be made 7 days prior to check-in.
Cancellation Policy (Indian Passport Holders Only):
In case of a cancellation due to any unforeseen circumstance a credit note will be issued by the property to the guest for the amount paid till date.
The credit note will be valid for use within one year from the period of booking. The guest can redeem the credit note against the amount of any future booking within a year and pay the balance if any as per the rates applicable on that date. This credit note is also transferable and can be used by the guest/transferee only once within the stipulated date.

Kannur airport (3hrs) is the nearest airport though you will get better flights from Mangalore airport which is 4hrs away. Bangalore airport is 5.5-6 hrs away.
