Paul’s expertise in architecture and Joya’s flair for interiors shine through in the home’s details. The locally sourced woodwork, cozy attic spaces, and spacious rooms with skylit bathrooms make the property welcoming. It offers views of Nanda Devi in winter and spell-binding sunsets all year round.
The highlight here is the food. With roots in both Rajasthan and Kerala, Paul and Joya serve a variety of cuisines, from flavorful Indian meals to light continental dinners. Guests can join David for hands-on experiences like baking pizzas or making fruit preserves with produce fresh from the garden.
Whether it’s an evening by the bonfire, a picnic by the stream, or a guided forest walk, Joys at Natadol offers a mix of relaxation and meaningful connections. The property is an invitation to be part of a family’s dream brought to life.
The property features four bedrooms in the hillside main house, where the hosts reside, and an additional three-bedroom unit nearby. Two of these rooms share a spacious balcony with views of the Nanda Devi peak, while the third offers its own peaceful corner. Rooms are bright and airy, with skylit bathrooms and warm woodwork throughout. Two rooms also include attic spaces, perfect for extra beds or a playful hideaway for kids.

Price Description: The price is for double occupancy and includes all taxes and accommodation with the meals mentioned below.

Extra Note: The property needs to be informed about meal preferences in advance.
Third Person/Child: Triple occupancy - 14000/night. Single occupancy price will be 8000/- Extra bed - 4000/night Occupancy with/for pet -1000/night. Kids up to age 07 - No charge, 7yrs - 10yrs - 3500/night. The mentioned rates are including all Meals
Raahghar Payment Terms: Reservation is confirmed with an advance payment of 50% of the total amount at the time of booking. The balance payment is to be made 7 days prior to check-in.
Cancellation Policy (Indian Passport Holders Only):
In case of a cancellation due to any unforeseen circumstance a credit note will be issued by the property to the guest for the amount paid till date.
The credit note will be valid for use within one year from the period of booking. The guest can redeem the credit note against the amount of any future booking within a year and pay the balance if any as per the rates applicable on that date. This credit note is also transferable and can be used by the guest/transferee only once within the stipulated date.
